Juices that are fortified mostly contain 100 IU per serving.
Fortified rice milk:
Rice milk that is fortified contains 96 IU per serving and also contains Vitamin A and vitamin B-12.

Darker skin people need more time in Sun as compared to light skin people to fulfill the need. If you spend much more time in the sun, it can damage your skin.
