If we have a poor diet deficient in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients and as a result, our skin will become pale and look dull. A healthy well balanced diet has an adequate amount of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins & minerals. And it is very important for healthy skin.So a person should include these food in his diet to get a glowy skin.
